On the 26th October 2015 the Hope Hub became a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation, charity number SC046076.    Hope Hub`s aim is to support the local communities of Kirkmuirhill,  Blackwood and nearby Clydesdale villages by having a multi-use community hub facility with rooms, café and a seated multi-purpose auditorium, including use as a worship space by the local Free Church of Scotland Hope Church congregation.

Under the direction of a Board of 7 Trustees, the Hope Hub will develop plans and designs for a much needed community facility.

The Hope Hub sees the Community Facility Church project as an innovative, exciting vision to reach out and deliver sustainable community services and activities which will have an enduring impact on the quality of life, benefit and support for the rural communities of the Clydesdale district.

On completion of a Community Consultation process, the project will focus on those services and activities which embrace the identified needs and wishes of the communities, complements those already established groups and services and accommodates the mix of traditional and contemporary worship of the local Free Church congregation.

The project is viewed as a gift and support to the communities, providing a platform of opportunity encompassing all age groups, promoting integration, addressing inequalities and poverty issues, improving quality of life for children, youth and elderly, citizenship and community wellbeing, delivered in a caring and compassionate fashion.

Your Hope Hub is here to welcome YOU.
